Our default shipping carrier is UPS although the USPS is an option as well. All purchases will be shipped the next business day, unless otherwise noted, fully insured.
An email will be sent to the purchaser with tracking information once the package has shipped.
Should another shipping carrier be preferred, please contact us immediately so that we may accommodate your request.
Our goal is your satisfaction. In the event that you need to return a purchase, we want the experience to be as simple as possible. Our policy is as follows:
1. All purchases, with the exception of custom pieces or repair, can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. The jewelry must still be in good condition.
2. After 14 days, as long as the jewelry is still in good condition, a piece may be returned for store credit.
3. After 60 days, each situation will need to be evaluated on an individual basis. It should be noted that we typically do not accept returns after such a long period of time from the original date of purchase.
